With a rich background in coaching, mindfulness, and psychodynamic approaches, Sunčica collaborates with leaders and organizations worldwide — helping them expand awareness and create resilient systems. She co-created the Systems Inspired Coaching Supervision model and holds a master’s degree in consulting and organizational leadership. Beyond her professional work, Sunčica translates poetry and enjoys pottery and nature walks.
