In this episode, Katie welcomes CRR Global faculty member, Sandra Cain to the show to talk about finding ‘right’ in a relationship. This is a playful and exploratory conversation in which Sandra and Katie share some of their own, not-so-flattering examples of times when they were so focused on being right that they lost sight of the relationship.

Sandra Cainpartners with individuals, partnerships and teams to increase their awareness of their strengths and challenges, boosting effectiveness while also bringing lightness and humor. In addition to coaching teams, partnerships and individuals, Sandra’s strengths include team building, leadership development, change management and quoting lines from Monty Python movies. When not working, you’ll find Sandra breaking up a fight between her two cats, hiking or zooming on a river in a vintage speedboat.
